DESCRIPTION:Alice Madar\, Director Int’l Hummingbird Society\nAlice Madar is Executive Director of the International Hummingbird Society and an accomplished wildlife photographer who has traveled throughout the Americas\, from Chile to Alaska\, capturing nature images. She works with conservation groups to support endangered hummingbirds and is passionate about helping people attract and protect backyard hummingbirds through gardening and education. This presentation will provide an introduction to hummingbirds\, including plants that attract them to your garden. There will be an invitation to the upcoming Sedona Hummingbird Festival\, taking place July 24–26\, 2026\, including what to expect when you arrive. \nOur monthly speaker series moves to Zoom only from May-August.
