Family Bird Walk at Gilbert Riparian Preserve

Bring friends and family to our free family bird walks, offered October through March at Gilbert Riparian Preserve. Guides  take groups out starting at 8 a.m., with the last walk stepping off at 11:00. Loaner binoculars will be available.

In our mobile Nature Store, we have a wide selection of books for kids from toddlers to young adults, as well as field guides and other outdoor titles. Best of all, your purchase supports our chapter.

This is also a great opportunity to get involved. We welcome new bird walk leaders, and helping hands setting up, tending the Nature Store and breaking down. Come make a friend and leave feeling good that you’ve done something to help birds. Info and signup
